Once you fill out this form, you will simply include it with your consignment items. In order to send us your unwanted luxury goods, you have a couple options:

If you live in the Chicagoland area and would like to schedule a pickup, call us at 847-748-8451 or send an email to information@loreescloset.com. Or, drop your items off at our Highland Park location M-F, 10:00-3:00.
If you live outside of Chicago:
